InSplitter (the “Service”, “we”, or “us”) is an online AI-powered audio separation tool. Users can upload audio and video files and process them into individual stems using machine-learning models.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

To use the Service, you must:

• be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• have the legal rights or authorization for the content you upload
• not use the Service for unlawful purposes
• not attempt to bypass technical limits or safeguards

The Service provides technical processing only and does not take ownership of user-uploaded content. You retain your rights in the original materials, and rights in separated stems remain with the original rights holders.

Before using any processed output commercially, you are responsible for confirming that you hold the necessary rights or permissions for the source material.

InSplitter branding, trademarks, service marks, and software are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without authorization.

When using the Service, you must not:

• upload files containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to break the Service
• use automated tools for large-scale access or scraping
• impersonate another person or provide false information
• infringe intellectual property or other lawful rights of others
• upload unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or abusive content
• interfere with the normal operation of the Service

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

For refund eligibility, see our Refund Policy. Eligible purchases may be refunded within 14 days of the transaction date or renewal charge date. We may change pricing from time to time, but we will give existing subscribers advance notice of material pricing changes.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or results that meet every user requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a material change is made, we will notify users through the website or by email. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
